Venue Accessibility

Pechanga Arena San Diego strives to provide excellent service to all of our guests, including those with disabilities and special needs. Pechanga Arena San Diego recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates. Pechanga Arena provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.

Our ticket-takers, ushers, security personnel and guest services representatives are trained in assisting guests with disabilities. Please contact any of the above personnel and they will provide you with the necessary assistance you may require.


ACCESSIBLE/DISABLED TICKETS

Accessible/disabled seating is available through pechangaarenasd.com and the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

PURCHASE ACCESSIBLE TICKETS ONLINE OR IN PERSON:

  • Online – Visit pechangaarenasd.com…find your event, then click on purchase tickets (you will be redirected to AXS.com to purchase your tickets), then click on “Accessible Tickets”.
  • In Person – Visit The Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office located at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92110 and request accessible tickets.

      • Fridays: 11:00 am to 5:30 pm
      • Saturday – Thursday: Closed*
        *If there is an event at PASD on Saturday – Thursday, the Box Office will open two hours prior to your event start time and will close ½ hour after start of event.

ACCESSIBLE VENUE ACCESS

Wheelchair access into the venue is via the North Entrance. There you will find an access ramp for wheelchairs and for those who may have trouble using steps.

Pechanga Arena San Diego is not equipped with elevators or escalators. Guests who have floor tickets and are using a wheelchair can call the Box Office or visit Guest Services to request assistance.

If requested, ushers and security personnel will provide assistance up and down interior ramps.

All steps inside and outside of the PASD have a stripe painted in the edge of the step to assist those with sight impairment.


ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)

Assistive listening devices are available, with a picture ID as a deposit, at the Guest Services Booth located on the outer concourse at Section 4.

CONCESSIONS

Concession and condiment stands on the outer concourse have been modified to be wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchair Accessible water fountains are located throughout the PASD.


DISABLED PARKING

For guests with disabilities, parking is located on the north side of the PASD. There are 73 vehicle parking stalls, including 35 van-accessible parking stalls. Disabled parking placards or license plates must be displayed at all times to be able to park in those stalls. Upon request, parking attendants can direct you to the location of the disabled parking stalls.


RESTROOMS

Every restroom on the outer concourse and the restrooms on the floor level by the Stella Artois Lounge at section 4 have been modified to be wheelchair accessible.


SERVICE ANIMALS/GUIDE DOGS

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited at Pechanga Arena San Diego with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must, at all times, remain on a leash or in a harness. Service animals should rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Pechanga Arena San Diego guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.


SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS

Pechanga Arena San Diego is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least 30 days prior to the event. If there are several guests who request the use of signers for a particular event, all hearing-impaired guests may be seated in the same area.


WHEELCHAIR AND ACCESSIBLE SEATING POLICY

Accessible/disabled seating is available at the PASD Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase up to four (4) contiguous seats (One (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seats). Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

Pechanga Arena San Diego (PASD) is committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first-come/call, first-serve basis and will depend on ticket availability.

WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS

Guest Services at Pechanga Arena San Diego provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.


WHEELCHAIR/WALKER STORAGE

For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at Guest Services. Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed to be stored at the seating section. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer.
