Box Office

Box Office Hours:

The Box Office will be open Fridays only from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
On event nights, the Box Office will open two hours prior to showtime to service that evening’s event only.


You can purchase tickets online at AXS.com (convenience charges and service fees may apply).

There are no refunds or exchanges once tickets have been purchased.

AXS Mobile ID

Your AXS Mobile ID is the secure and unique code for all of your tickets, and all you need is the AXS app to use it (iOS or Android). No paper tickets required.

Delivery can be delayed for some events, and you’ll see more info on the event page if there is a delay.

Accessible Seating Information

Accessible/disabled seating is available through pechangaarenasd.com. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

  • Online – Visit pechangaarenasd.com…find your event, then click on purchase tickets (you will be redirected to AXS.com to purchase your tickets), then click on “Accessible Tickets”.
  • Box Office – The Box Office will be open Fridays only from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable. If your tickets are stolen or damaged, please notify the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office immediately. If tickets are stolen, you must provide the ticket office with a copy of the police report (the file number alone will not be accepted), including the exact locations of the seats in question. After verification by the Box Office, a seat locator will be issued. The replacement locator is subject to a charge not to exceed the face value of the stolen tickets. Tickets that are lost or misplaced will not be replaced. To avoid any problems, please be sure to keep your tickets in a safe place.

Canceled or Postponed Events

Refunds will be issued at point of purchase for any shows cancelled at the Pechanga Arena San Diego. Refunds will only be issued back to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. If you purchased tickets directly at the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office, please email boxoffice@pechangaarenasd.com for information on how to obtain a refund.

Should a show postpone, the tickets purchased for the original event date  will be honored on the rescheduled date.  For guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds may be requested through the original point of purchase via the original method of payment.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Box Office on the north side of Pechanga Arena San Diego. Proper identification and a credit card are required to pick up tickets. Will Call is generally available for pick up an hour and a half prior to your event unless you have made other pre-arranged plans for your Will Call tickets.
