Hours on Event Days
The Box Office will stay open until approximately thirty minutes after the scheduled event starting time for sales of that event only.
*If there is an event on Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office will open at 1pm for that evenings event only and close ½ hour after start of event.
You can purchase tickets online at AXS.com (convenience charges and service fees may apply) or come visit us at the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office (see below for more information).
Box Office Purchases
There are no refunds or exchanges once tickets have been purchased.
Tickets may be purchased directly at the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office located at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92110. Acceptable forms of payment include CASH, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, and VISA. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction.

Using Your Mobile Tickets
Flash Seats are mobile tickets you use with the AXS app – No paper tickets required – and they make getting in easier than ever. For many events, you can also transfer tickets to friends and sell tickets you can’t use. It’s all a breeze.

- Open the app and sign in to see your tickets.
- Show the tickets in the app at the entrance and get them scanned to enter. Have fun!
Bought tickets for a group? Make sure everyone enters together or transfer tickets to friends before the event (if transfer is available).

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. If your tickets are stolen or damaged, please notify the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office immediately. If tickets are stolen, you must provide the ticket office with a copy of the police report (the file number alone will not be accepted), including the exact locations of the seats in question. After verification by the Box Office, a seat locator will be issued. The replacement locator is subject to a charge not to exceed the face value of the stolen tickets. Tickets that are lost or misplaced will not be replaced. To avoid any problems, please be sure to keep your tickets in a safe place.
Canceled or Postponed Events
Refunds will be issued at point of purchase for any shows cancelled at the Pechanga Arena San Diego. Refunds will only be issued back to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.
Should a show postpone, the tickets purchased for the original event date will be honored on the rescheduled date. For guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds may be requested through the original point of purchase via the original method of payment.
Will Call is located at the Box Office on the north side of Pechanga Arena San Diego. Proper identification and a credit card are required to pick up tickets. Will Call is generally available for pick up an hour and a half prior to your event unless you have made other pre-arranged plans for your Will Call tickets.
Guests wishing to purchase tickets from Pechanga Arena San Diego during a Major public on-sale should arrive 30 minutes before the on-sale start time. A representative will issue numbered wristbands which will determine the order in which purchases will be made. Please visit the individual event page for specific information regarding on-sale start times.
