Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, Disney On Ice presents Celebrate Memories scheduled performances for Friday April 10 – Sunday April 12, 2020 at the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, CA have been cancelled.
Guests who purchased tickets with a credit card through AXS.com, in person at the Pechanga Arena Box Office or charge by phone will receive automatic refunds to the card used for purchase.
Tickets purchased with cash directly at the Pechanga Arena Box Office may return for a refund during business hours.

Venue Details
Accessible/disabled seating is available through pechangaarenasd.com. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.
- Online – Visit pechangaarenasd.com, find your event, then click on purchase tickets (you will be redirected to AXS.com to purchase your tickets), then click on “Accessible Tickets”.
- In Person – Visit the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office located at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92110 and request accessible tickets.

The Box Office will open two hours prior to the listed showtime, for that evening’s performance only and will close ½ hour after the start of event.

All tickets purchased online or at the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office will be delivered via AXS mobile delivery. No printed paper tickets will be distributed at the Box Office.

Pechanga Arena San Diego cannot confirm the validity of third-party tickets. The official ticketing platform of Pechanga Arena San Diego is AXS.com. We suggest guests verify their method of delivery prior to arrival. Flash Mobile Delivery QR codes will be accessible through the AXS Mobile App using the same email address used to purchase the tickets. If purchased through AXS, Flash Mobile tickets may also be accessible with the credit card or valid ID associated with the guest’s account. Guests with questions regarding their tickets should contact their original point of purchase.
All persons and bags are subject to search. Clear tote bags (including handbags/purses) that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” will be admitted inside after inspection. One-gallon clear plastic freezer or storage bags are also permitted. Small clutch bags or wallets that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5 “, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the venue along with one of the clear bag options (clear tote or storage bag). Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags, etc.) are prohibited.
